Our aim with Pregnancy yoga classes is to offer a nourishing practice in a safe environment for women to find some space, to relax and reconnect. You can join a pre-natal yoga class after your 12th week of pregnancy and no previous experience of yoga is required. Come as you are. There is no judgement nor expectations, there’s no required level of ability or skill to participate.

The practice is gentle, careful not to deplete your body which is already managing a huge miracle in growing your baby, sometimes leaving little else for you! We focus on building strength whilst creating space in your body in a mindful practice that can help you connect with your baby and changing body.

Pregnancy yoga can help you find comfort in your body, creating space both physically and mentally. A regular practice will help to improve your sleep, increase your lung capacity and release tension in achy muscles. It can also help prepare you and your body for labour and birth. We practice breathing techniques to support you on your journey into motherhood.
