Power Yoga is a full body workout focused on building flexible strength with a moving meditation. It is deeply rooted in Hatha Yoga, one of the most popular forms of yoga practiced in the west today. It is a vinyasa form of yoga where one posture flows into the next rather than approaching each pose separately. Threads of yoga philosophy are often shared to help bring focus and clarity to those participating as well as an awareness and appreciation to some of the ancient teachings that support the mind, body and soul.

Power Yoga
Classes are mixed ability but aimed at those with some knowledge of yoga. If you’re totally new to yoga and would like some private tuition before joining a class, why not sign up to a 1-1 session or look out for our beginner’s yoga courses.
