You are recovering from an injury and a want to work around a safe practice so we will utilise blocks, bands and props to support you. You are a total beginner and want to learn the fundamentals of yoga 

You don’t want to attend a group class and would prefer your instructor to come to you.

Haven’t practiced in a while and want some personal guidance before joining a group class again. You have a regular practice but want to dive deeper into some different poses to deepen your practice

You’re pregnant or post-natal and would prefer a focussed 1-1 class just for you You can book a one off private class or sign up to a 6 week block. Book in a discovery call and we can discuss your requirements.
